Order processing
Orders shipped by Yamibuy are delivered from Monday to Sunday (except holidays, and some areas may not be delivered on Sundays due to the operation restriction of the carrier). Normally, it may take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. During the peak order period, it may take an additional 3-4 business days to process your order.
Yamibuy will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination. Please fill in your legal name, delivery address, and contact information accurately.
Due to the following circumstances, Yamibuy is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders:
● If one or more items in your order are out of stock.
● The recipient name or address is inaccurate or not valid.
● No one is available to sign up on the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.
● Force majeure such as: natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes etc.
Out of stock handling
Yamibuy may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, Yamibuy will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). Yamibuy will send an email notification and refund the difference to you.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California and out-of-state.

Shipping Methods
We truly value our customer shopping experience. To ensure the best shopping experience, we use FedEx, Ontrac, USPS and Local Express to deliver your packages.
Note: Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.).

48 Contiguous U.S. States:
Standard Shipping is $5.99. Free on orders of $49 or more.
Local Express is $5.99. Free on orders of $49 or more.
Scope of application: In parts of CA, NJ, MA & PA the cut-off time for the same-day delivery service is 10:30 am PST. If an order is placed before this time, the package will be delivered on the same day; If an order is placed after 10:30 am PST, it will be delivered the next day. (Except holidays or periods of higher demand).
If you would like to verify whether your region and time of order are within the scope of Local Express, please enter the correct Zip Code when you browse the website or at checkout.
Two-Day Express:
Two-Day orders are charged in tiered rates by weight. The fee for the first 10lbs is $19.99, with an additional $19.99 for each successive 10lb range.
For Example, A 15lb order will be charged $19.99 + $19.99 for shipping, totaling $39.98.
A 25lb order will be charged $19.99 + $19.99 + $19.99 for shipping, totaling $59.97.
Alaska / Hawaii:
ALASKA/HAWAII shipping cost starts from $19.99; the tier rate is as follows:
• 1-4.99lbs $19.99
• 5-9.99lbs $29.99
• 10-16.99lbs $44.99
• 17-21.99lbs $59.99
• 22-26.99lbs $64.99
• 27-31.99lbs $79.99
• >=32lbs $84.99
• If the order weight is more than 32lbs, an additional $15 for each successive 10lb range.
Special Handling Fee:
For standard Shipping orders, if the order weight is more than 30lbs and the amount is less than $100, an additional $2.99 special handling fee will be charged (regardless of whether the order has met the requirements for free shipping policy).
*Order weight is calculated by Yamibuy measurement data, and observational error may occur.

Customers may request to modify their shipping address before the order is shipped without additional charge.

Once the shipping process has begun, requests to change the shipping address will be forwarded to the shipping carrier. If a successful address modification is made, the customer will incur a $17 modification fee. If the modification is unsuccessful, no fee will be charged.

We apologize that we are unable to ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses. Orders made without a valid shipping address will be canceled or automatically returned.
